Otherwise, the data will be destroyed without having been saved by us.

  • The Association’s Management undertakes to use the personal data it has access to solely for the performance of its professional duties;

  • Personal data is printed in physical format only from the Association’s devices;
  • All users are required to maintain the confidentiality of the personal data they have access to;
  • Every 30 (thirty) days, a backup of the Association’s database is performed.

We inform you that you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed.

Similarly, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  1. The right to access your data: You have the right to access your data in order to know which personal data concerning you we process and under what conditions they are processed.
  2. The right to request the rectification or erasure of your data: Under certain circumstances, you have the right to rectify the personal data you consider inaccurate and which concern you and are processed by the Association, as well as the right to request the erasure of data when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
  3. The right to request the restriction of processing your data: Under certain circumstances, you have the right to request the restriction of processing your data, in which case we inform you that we will only retain the data whose processing you have requested to be restricted for the purpose of exercising or defending a legal claim.
  4. The right to data portability: Under certain circumstances, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, as well as the right for such data to be transmitted by the Association to another controller.
  5. The right to object to the processing of your data: Under certain circumstances and on grounds related to your particular situation, you have the right to object to the processing of your data, in which case the processing will cease unless we must continue processing for compelling legitimate grounds or for the exercise or defense of a legal claim.

  7. The right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP) and the right to address the competent courts.

We also remind you that you have the right to withdraw any consent you have given for the processing of your data, without affecting the legality of the processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal.

The Association informs you that you can exercise your rights regarding your personal data through any of the following channels:

  • By sending a letter to the Association of Psychodrama for Children and Adolescents “KENDE Hanna” (APCA-KH), with the chosen address for communications and correspondence in Cluj-Napoca, Str. Maramuresului, no. 24. Please include the note “Data Protection.”

In both cases, under the legal provisions, the Association has the right to request additional information necessary to confirm the identity of the data subject if there are well-founded doubts regarding the identity of the requesting individual.

The Association will provide the requested information within a maximum of one month from receiving the request. This period may be extended by two more months if necessary, depending on the complexity and number of requests.

The Association informs you that you can file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the field of data protection. However, we encourage you to first send your complaint to the Association so that it can be resolved amicably.
